Cecilia Louise was baptized this past Sunday, Dec. 20th. The day started out with a snow storm that soon turned into a sunny winter wonderland; beautiful and pure white- fitting for a baptism. We had a beautiful private ceremony with our dear friend Deacon Steve presiding over it. We had the privelege of sharing this special event with her godparent's little guy John Joseph Timothy. They are exactly 3 months apart and both were born on Marian feast days; he was born on the Feast of the Nativity of Mary and Cecilia was the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. We tease that we should bring back arranged marriages and set these two up.
After the baptism, we all headed over to our house and what a house full it was. I think we had 30 kids in the house- I'll let you guess how many mama's it took to get that number. We had a wonderful time; thanks be to God.
May the Lord bless and keep you all your days Cecilia Louise and John Jospeh Timothy.
We love you!
