Poor Little Miss has nowhere to call her own

Cecilia is 8 weeks old already which is so hard to believe. We are adjusting, but life is definatly different and bustling around here. She is just perfect and so much fun to have. She is just starting to smile back at us and coo which is so cool. It so so amazing how one day they are just a blank stare, and then the next they are gazing at you and you start to get your first glimpse into their personality. I think she will hold her own quite nicely, eventually, but for now George and Gabriella are enjoying her stuff. There really is nowhere I can put her that they don't get to her; I even have to bring her into the bathroom with me when I take a shower. George pushes chairs around the whole house to get to where he wants, so getting into her playpen poses no challenge.

And she's had enough!

Cecilia's craddle is in our bedroom. We have told both George and Gabriella that they are to stay out of the craddle, but they have decided that it makes a great spot to watch cartoons and take a nap. I have found them alseep in there several times. They get all set up with pillows and blankets. I wish I could have audio for this first picture of George because he was snoring so loud. They're just so cute.
Sleeping beauty has awakened, but she's not happy about it.
I tried to turn this first photo but couldn't, sorry. As you can tell, she is is growing nicely and is probably around 13 pounds now.

8 weeks already!? She's grown so much. Absolutely beautiful.

Cute cradle kids! It's amazing the things they find to be the greatest things ever, when they are meant for someone else. Too cute.
