Finally, back up and running

We seem to have a terrible time with computers, and we have been dealing with no computer for a while which is why there has been NO communication from us. Fixing the computer was on the very bottom of our priority list considering we were dealing with all the home repairs from the storm in July ands  getting ready for school. Thankfully, I am now sitting at my brand new computer. We are hopeful that this one is going to last us longer than hopefully the last two combined. Strictly parental use for this one, sorry kids.

We are doing very well. We are in our 4th week of school, and it is by far our best year yet. The kids are doing great with their new books, and we take one day at a time; especially, since some days my preggo body says "no go today." I would say this our best year ever. We even joined a brand new homeschool group that seems like it is going to be a great addition to our academics and social life.

The house is finally all repaired. We have a new roof, new siding, new gutters, and a new patio door. The house looks great and is sporting a new shade of blue. To Paul's dismay, taking all the things off the walls for the repairs sparked my desire to paint, so the inside has gotten a fresh coat of paint as well, and we have done some redecorating and finally bought ourselves some new furniture. According to Gabriella, we have a "new house." We are very happy with all the work so far, exhausted, but loving it. Of course, there are still a few things left on the "to do" list but we are plugging away at it.

All the kids are doing very well. Baby will be 31 weeks this Friday. Delivery has been scheduled for Nov. 18th. We are all getting pretty excited. I am thankfully doing very well and am taking one day at a time.

I think that's it for now. I have to figure out why my screen just got smaller and get my email set back up. Should be fun and smooth I'm sure.

Welcome back! Glad to hear that everything turned out, you got a 'new' house and new paint too (I love new paint...not painting, but love the new paint :) and a new homeschool group. Wow! Exciting days for your family!

Keeping you in my prayers during these last couple months of pregnancy.
