I'm not ready
Call me crazy, but I am not ready for 70 degree weather. I am probably one of the only Minnesotans complaining about the nice weather, but it's not really the weather that has me upset, it is all the work that goes along with it. I am not prepared with summer clothes for the kids, and I am not prepared to be in summer clothes myself. I am not prepared for all the sand and dirt. I am not prepared for the slamming of doors and kids willy nilly going in and out as they please. I am not prepared for them to be more than an arms length or quick sprint away from me when they decide to bicker and fight; yes, I have a few fighters at the moment. Ugh! Hopefully, you are enjoying the weather more than I am.

I hear ya, sister. The only thing nice about nice weather is that, if we NEED to go out, they don't need to look for socks and coats, etc..! Bring on the flip flops!
