Sorry, I guess tomorrow turned into a few days later; such is the life of a busy family. Sometimes I wonder where the time goes, and then I remember and am exhausted all over again.Everyone is
asleep, and the house is quiet. I ask myself, "why am I still up at 11:20p.m. when I could be sleeping?" Yes, sleep is precious but so is quiet alone time to pursue something I enjoy. I hope you enjoy the fruits of my labor, and hopefully the kids will continue to sleep well.
We have been trying to get back into the swing of things after taking some time off of our typical coursework
in order to enjoy the opportunities of the Lenten season. Getting everyone back to the books can be easier said than done
some days, but we were successful and today celebrated with lots of fun outside. Exactly what we all needed. What a gorgeous day! I found out how out of shape I am when I tried to help Pauly ride his bike with no training wheels and then went on a long walk with them; hopefully I'm able to walk tomorrow.
Anyhow, here are some pictures from Easter. What a fun day. The kids started out bright and early with the hunt for eggs. The girls patiently waited for Pauly to wake up; Daddy finally had to wake him up- the shame of it. Here he's a little shell shocked as the girls eagerly greet him and want to be off to look for eggs.

Gabriella needed a little coaxing and convincing as to this egg hunting business. Daddy begrudgingly
opened an egg to show her just what she had to look forward to. It didn't take her long to figure out it was all out
acquisition time; there was chocolate to be found.

And found it she did; Here she is inventorying her collection. To my delight, she does not like peanut butter cups; oh darn.

I love this one. She decided Daddy was worth it to share. She's a Daddy's girl, and he won't complain when it comes to candy.

George's main job of the day was to just be cuddly and cute; A for effort George.

After Mass the kids had a little down time while mom and dad finished cleaning and started making all the yummy food. Apparently the girls can't get enough of school because they like to play school in their spare time. Actually, I think they are learning some new signs from their cousins girlfriend.

Olivia- a pool shark? We'll see.The kids had so much fun playing that their faces were red and they were sweating. I love to hear so much laughing in the house.

Time for dinner. So yummy if I do say so myself.

Thanks for enjoying some of our Easter with us. God bless.
